What can I say about Betfair Poker? I dont know where to begin. Betfair must be by far the softest site I have ever played at. Bluffing galore. This site is primarily filled with gamblers from their sportsbook section. On my first few ring game sessions I played in some unbeleivable hands. I found it difficult to beleive some of the hands people were going up against me with. The site is filled to the brim with maniacs. It was actually a little unsettling. If you want to win at Betfair Poker at the $1 tables, just dont bluff, dont even vary from it, you will be paid off within an hour of two by some nutter jumping in and trying to double up. This is by far Betfair's number one selling point for me. I have played at more stylish looking sites with better feature but the standard of play is so bad, Betfair Poker is well worth playing at.

Tournament wise, this site is fairly good for players who like to play $100 buy in games. They have a daily $100 buyin / $15,000 daily scheduled tourrnament which is fairly popular. I would say if you like the smaller stake tournaments, Betfair Poker still have a bit more work to do to fullfill their obvious potential as a poker site. The $5 or less single table tournaments are worht playing if that is your thing. Again, at these stakes I would say the standard of play is pretty poor and if you are winning at other sites, you can win here. Betfair's player base is still fairly small as are the tournament fields but they are growing by the day. This site is definately one for the future.
